How to customize the service template

Service chatbot structure - configuration variables

By default, the chatbot with this template contains basic settings that are used throughout the flow. To view these settings, access your bot's configuration variables, the path is:

1. Click the configuration button (gear) in the left corner.
2. In the General Settings window that will open, identify the option "CONFIGURATION VARIABLES".
3. Click on the option to view the configuration variables.

Each of the customizable variables will be presented below along with their particularities.

dateTimeOffset

The dateTimeOffset variable represents the time zone and comes, by default, with the value -3 which is equivalent to the São Paulo time zone (GMT-3). So, if your time zone is different from this value, just change accordingly.

startDate and endDate

The startDate variable represents the start of the service hours and, in turn, the endDate the end of the service hours. By default these are filled with:

• startDate: 8:30 am.
• endDate: 18:50.

In short, by default, service hours are the same for all service days.

workDays

The workDays variable represents the days of the service week and, by default, has the value 0,1,2,3,4,5,6, these correspond to:

6	Saturday

Customize the value of this variable by removing or adding the day of the week, always separating the values with a comma.
