How to manage service queues in Blip Desk Take Blip November 16, 2021 18:44 Updated The user who created the bot — or anyone who has write access to the attendant module — can manage the attendants and their attendant queues. To manage the service queues, go to the Service module. On the left side menu, select the Attendants option, as shown in the image below: To add a new attendant to any queue, just click the + Add attendant button in the upper right corner. The required information is: attendant's email: The email attendant must have a valid Blip account. Name of the queue that the attendant will be part of: the queue name is case insensitive. Furthermore, it is also possible to add more than one attendant at a time in the same queue, the path is the same. Just click Add Attendant and: write the emails of the attendants, separating them with a comma or write the emails of the attendants, separating them with "enter" or copy and paste a list of emails into the text box. To edit the information or delete an attendant, hover your mouse over the attendant's name and select the icon corresponding to the desired action (pencil to edit and trash to delete), as shown in the image below: After managing the attendants, you need to activate Blip Desk as a service channel to start the service process (Click here if you don't know how to activate Blip Desk).
