How to enable automatic tracking

Automatic Tracking records an event for each block of the bot flow, whenever a user passes through it. The event is registered in the “flow” category and the action is the name of each block.

This functionality can be used to create customized reports on the analysis screen, allowing, for example, the evaluation of the most used flows and blocks. In this case, it is not necessary to create custom event tracks from block to block.

To enable automatic tracking, follow these steps: enter Builder, click Settings and activate Automatic Tracking
