Overview of TakeBlip Analysis Metrics Take Blip July 05, 2021 15:09 Updated The Analysis module available on TakeBlip Platform aims to provide inputs, such as metrics and charts, to help improve management and the evolution of smart contact/chatbot. In the displayed report by clicking on the option: Overview, you will be able to follow the usage of your smart contact/chatbot, observing the amount of users that are interacting and the amount of messages transmitted in the selected period of time (1). Data will be displayed considering the chatbot time zone that was set. For a more detailed view of your chatbot usage, you can access the Contacts Journey or create custom reports. Active and engaged users Active users are those who have sent or received at least one message from the bot. Engaged users are those who have sent at least one message to the bot. In other words, an engaged user is also considered an active user, but the opposite is not valid. In the Overview report you can view (1) the total number of active users and (2) the number of engaged users in the selected period. In addition, you will be able to track (3) the variation of active and engaged users per day. Incoming and outgoing messages Incoming messages are those sent by the user to the bot. Messages sent are those triggered by the bot to the user, encompassing messages sent in the bot's flow, by the attendants on Blip Desk and active messages. In the Overview report you can view (1) the total amount of exchanged messages, that is, received and sent, between your chatbot and users in the selected period. In addition, you will be able to track the total number of messages (2) received and (3) sent in the selected period and (4) the variation of messages per day. Active messages Any message sent 24 hours after the user's last contact with the bot or attendant, in any channel, is considered an active message. These messages receive a different classification as they are subject to usage and charging policies, specific to each channel. In the Overview report you can view (1) the total amount of active messages sent by your chatbot and (2) the amount of active messages sent by each channel. Only channels on which active messages have been triggered will be shown.
