How to allow sending files in Blip Chat

Like almost all messaging channels available on the platform, Blip Chat also allows users to send files to bots.

To allow a user to upload a file (image, audio, video and documents) to your bot, just perform the configuration described in the step by step below.

1 - Access the Portal and select your bot

2 - Access the Channels module and select the Blip Chat option

3 - Click on the Settings tab and check the option Receive files

4 - To confirm the change, click the Save button (located at the bottom of the page)
