Duplicate messages on WhatsApp

The WhatsApp channel has a very careful message delivery policy, which aims to deliver the best customer experience. Sometimes, however, a message duplication problem occurs: that is, the contact receives the same message more than once.

This is because the channel prefers to make sure that the contact receives the message sent, even if it means sending it twice. The rate of duplicate messages is 0.05%, and reaches less than 2% of users.
