How to download the history of a ticket

It is possible to download the conversation history of a Ticket, containing all the relevant information of that service. See below a generated .PDF example.

To download, simply access the Human Service module, go to the Ticket History tab and choose the ticket for any service that has already been completed.

With the ticket details open, click the download button.
